2024-25 Impact and 2025-26 plans

NKY Works launched in spring 2025 to align and strengthen workforce development across Northern Kentucky. We partner with businesses and community partners to build a workforce that is motivated, well-prepared, and ready to succeed in quality jobs across every sector of our economy.

Through five key focus areas, our first full year of operations delivered measurable results across the region. Read more about our 2024-25 impact here.
